We always develop a clear image of the budget and schedule for work throughout the construction stage. We maintain a strong relation with our clients by attending all their queries regarding any stage of construction, anytime. - Full inspection and supervision to ensure the works are being executed in accordance with the plan.
- Supplying of all labour and material (if required) with advice of client in accordance to the work schedule.
- Advice client with different materials and building techniques available in market for the well-being of total project.
- Submission of work schedule (may vary depending on pandemic situation).
- Advise client on progress and quality of work. Issue work orders on behalf of the client on client’s instructions or if changes are necessary for technical reasons.
- Certify the final completion of the work.
- Providing full assistance to the work from beginning to end, that is total completion of work.
